Returns
- 30 days Easy returns within 30 days of delivery
- Condition Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Our mistake We cover return shipping if the error is on our side
- Faulty Faulty items replaced or refunded — no questions asked

Frequently Asked Questions
Are compatible cartridges as good as OEM?
Our compatible cartridges are manufactured to ISO standards and produce the same quality prints as OEM cartridges. They're tested for page yield, print quality, and leak resistance. Using compatible cartridges will not void your printer warranty under Australian Consumer Law.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days Australia-wide.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $99 AUD (inc. GST). For orders under $99, a flat shipping rate applies — calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I use compatible cartridges without voiding my warranty?
Yes. Under Australian Consumer Law, printer manufacturers cannot void your warranty simply because you use compatible or remanufactured cartridges. This is protected under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
What if my cartridge doesn't fit or is the wrong one?
Just email us at support@reloadink.com.au with your order number and we'll send the correct one or issue a full refund. We make it easy.
Do you offer bulk or business pricing?
Yes! Contact us to discuss bulk orders and business accounts. We also offer auto-reorder services for businesses that need a steady supply of cartridges.
